Giữ lại các ứng dụng đã ghim vào Start Menu sau khi chạy sysprep trên Windows 10

Một thủ thuật nhỏ nhưng không kém phần quan trọng đối với người dùng build Windows 10 đó là giữ lại các ứng dụng đã ghim vào Start menu. Ứng dụng ở đây có thể là ứng dụng metro ui, ứng dụng hê thống, phần mềm desktop..., Sau khi chạy sysprep khởi động lại máy tính thì start menu được bố trí mặc định và mất đi những ứng dụng đã ghim trước khi chạy sysprep.

Để giữ lại các ứng dụng đã ghim vào Start Menu sau khi chạy sysprep chúng ta phải tạo ra một tập tin có tên layoutmodification.xml bên cạnh tập tin DefaultLayouts.xml và tập tin này được đặt trong thư mục Shell theo đường dẫn sau:

C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Shell

Để tạo tập tin này chúng ta sử dụng lệnh trong powershell, khởi chạy powershell rồi copy lệnh bên dưới vào powershell nhấn enter là xong.

export-startlayout -path C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\layoutmodification.xml

Kiểm tra tập tin layoutmodification.xml trong thư mục Shell vừa tạo

Lưu ý trong tập tin unattend.xml phải có các dòng này để việc sao chép từ tài khoản default sang tài khoản mới có hiệu lực
